Know what isn’t so bad? Being late and still getting a work out in! Woo! (Also, sorry Fidelity!)
After a warm-up walk, nice work out (30 minutes cardio and arm work) and a cool-down walk back to our cars, I drove back home and I was STARVING. Had I not woken up late, I totally would have eaten breakfast before the gym, but I didn’t.
Instead I used my leftovers from earlier in the week to assemble this:
